About the Topic

First, a financial meltdown. Then an out-of-state takeover of one of Seattle’s oldest and most beloved financial institutions. How does a brand like WaMu’s come back after that?

Join Phyllis Campbell of JPMorgan Chase to get the inside story from the leader who signed up to tackle this enormous challenge, under a new name and management, no less. Hear the lessons learned and successes earned as she is working to repair the company’s image, reengage customers, rebuild business partnerships and win back the Northwest community.

What's In It for You?

Phyllis Campbell will share:

  • Discover how to meld cultures when two large companies merge
  • See how a change in business strategy impacts customer experience
  • Gain insights about what worked—and what didn’t—in the transition
